**Delivery charges may vary according to the weight of the goods. The amount shown is the minimum standard and it is for non-bulky items only.

PAYMENT 

For Malaysia/Singapore buyer :

(1) Once we received your order, we will send you a confirmation email which includes the total price that need to pay and our account details. (Start from here the goods will be reserved for 2 days, after 2 days, if still not yet received the payment, the order will be canceled)

(2) If you are Malaysian, you can either pay through Maybank Internet Banking Transfer or Public eBanking (please keep your transaction record for future reference) or  Direct Deposit from Maybank ATM (please keep the receipt for future reference and send us the reference number).

(3) If you are Singaporean, you can pay through UOB Internet banking or Paypal(please refer to below). Please keep your transaction record as future reference and send us the reference number. 

(4) After making the payment, please drop an email with your reference number or a copy of your transaction receipt.

(5) Please give us 3 or less working days for the preparation of your packages. After delivered your package, we will inform you through email.

For international buyer :

(1) Once we received your order, we will send you a confirmation email which includes the total price (a fee of 3.9% on every amount that transfered to Paypal account is charged and additional of USD0.30 is added for each transaction made to Paypal). Start from here the goods will be reserved for 2 days, after 2 days, if still not yet received the payment, the order will be canceled.

(2) Please give us 3 or less working days for the preparation of your packages. After delivered your package, we will inform you through email. It will take a longer time to deliver from Malaysia to other countries, please be patience while waiting to receive your parcel. Thanks.
